Maintaining a healthy weight is one of the most important things you can do to achieve good health. The Shape Healthy program is founded on the Intuitive Eating methodology, a gimmick-free lifestyle program and process. Shape Healthy provides you with lifestyle skills that not only helps you eat healthier and move more, but also manage stress, problem solve, maintain positive thinking, and return to your natural intuitive eating instincts.

Tomatos, peppers, onions, fresh veggiesStructured on the basis of the ten Intuitive Eating principles, participants meet weekly for one hour. Each week a new principle will be discussed where participants will learn new techniques and ideas to become an intuitive eater once again.

Participants also meet individually with our wellness coach each month (or more often as necessary) in order to provide participants a more personalized approach.

Wellness coaching and sessions are facilitated by health care professionals with appropriate accreditation and licensing including registered dietitians/nutritionist, certified fitness instructors, health educators and certified behavioral clinicians. All wellness coaches are Certified Intuitive Eating specialist.

To host an information session of the Shape Healthy program please send an email request with the number of people attending, your address, and telephone name of contact person. Costs of the program will be determined on either an hourly or per person rate depending on the individual client's needs.
