    Job Duties

  • Supports the CEO with special projects and manages his time commitments
  • Maintains calendars and schedules appointments for multiple practitioners
  • Greets and welcomes patients; collects patient information and payments on behalf of practitioners
  • Stays current on payment, billing and scheduling software
  • Organizes regular staff meeting, creates agenda, document minutes and coordinates action items
  • Manages office supplies, coordinates meetings and plans other special events as required including identifying needed resources and arranging for required support
  • Recommends and implements improvements to the front office flow
  • Documents and maintains training materials for new practitioner including the employee handbook and policies/procedures
  • Assists CEO with budget management and invoices; reconciles transactions
  • Maintains positive working relationships with staff and clients

  • Associate’s degree or higher required
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred
  • Master’s degree preferred but not required


  • Two to Five (2-5) years experience insurance billing
  • Two to Five (2-5) supporting healthcare practices
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
