Game Day Chicken Wings
- Yield: 2 1x
Ingredients
Wings:
- 6 chicken wings (drumettes and wings)
- ¼ cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1Tbsp mustard
- 1Tbsp honey
- 1Tbsp ginger paste
- 1Tbsp flour
- 1tsp chili powder
- Pinch red pepper flacks (2nd pinch for a little more heat)
Instructions
Place wings in a large mixing bowl. In a separate bowl mix all the other ingredients, until they are completely combined, honey and flour are mixed well. Add the marinade to the chicken in the other bowl and toss and mix well until all wings are well coated. You can store and let marinate in the refrigerator for one hour. Add the chicken to a small three-inch deep baking dish, and bake at 3750 F for 30min, then turn each wing and bake for another 15min. When done, serve with plate of carrots, celery, tomatoes, and broccoli florets.
