My Journey Was Simple


My journey was simple. I came to see TD Wellness because I needed to enhance my performance for my triathlons. My weight was also a bit of a problem even though I was exercising and training almost daily for 90+ minutes a session. I needed to get to the root of the problem and figure out what was going on. After just a few visits with David at TD Wellness, we were able to find eating patterns that were working against me. David worked with my schedule and eating style to choose foods and meal patterns that worked for me. I couldn’t believe how little I was eating in the morning, which was affecting how my body burns fat. David just understood me! He had a way of listening and deciphering details about me, and he was very receptive to my needs. I was surprised that with just a little tweaking, I started seeing some incredible results.
