Refresh, Refocus and Rebuild Momentum

Just the way fitness and exercise are healthy habits that take consistency and regularity in order to see benefits, so does the practice of healthy eating. Learning to eat a balanced diet, not to mention maintaining positive momentum with your food choices, is a skill that takes practice and maybe a little guidance. At TD Wellness, David and his team are dedicated to working with clients like you to succeed on your healthy eating journey, no matter what stage you are at in the process. Our team likes to stay connected to clients, even after their nutrition counseling sessions are complete. Your car needs occasional tune-ups to make sure it is functioning at its best, so does the human body – to perform like a fine tuned luxury vehicle. We want to make sure you have the continued support you need to succeed for the rest of your life, and not just for high school reunions and beach vacations, for instance. What does David offer his past clients ? He offers the peace of mind that someone cares about your success, and is going to stick with you while you learn to make lifelong healthy eating choices second nature.

We’re in Step with You on Your Journey

Old habits die hard, and maintaining new ones takes commitment and occasional re-negotiation. We offer follow-up appointments to refresh lost techniques, awareness, and re-build momentum. Sometimes when life moves forward, we need to reassess our strategies. When you need a helpful refresher or a little nudge back in the right direction, our team is here to work with you to re-asses your circumstances and renew your plan for success. We continue to offer positive reinforcement and invaluable counseling. We never offer a one-size-fits-all approach to being healthy, and that applies to our ideology for tune-ups as well. You might need something as simple as a quick check-in, or you might want to restart counseling, classes, or support. Whatever it is, we’re here for you.

Plateaus are Hard. And Part of the Process.

Plateaus are an inevitable part of life. After the initial boost of success when working to change your health and habits, it is very common for the body to adapt to your valiant efforts, and you will see positive changes slow down or even pause completely. This is not necessarily a bad thing, as slowing down represents the body’s way of mindfully reconnecting, hence understanding the mind-body connection. Working with David and the TD Wellness team, you can feel confident that you will be able to understand that a plateau is a way of re-capturing your positive momentum.

Just like plateaus, life throws wonderful challenges your way all the time, and that’s how David and TD Wellness sees it. Challenges and not setbacks, opportunities and not failures! Life gifts us with ways to be better, David and his team are here to drive you to your potential. There’s nothing like a check-in or tune-up to keep you on track!
